I really like this "Ruch-" kiosk. I often use it when collecting ordered books and I really don't know where such negative opinions come from. The lady working there is one of the few people who really honestly and with a smile always wishes me "Have a nice day!" I also remember the gigantic, summer heat and the Lady in the hot kiosk, without air conditioning. And although working conditions were terribly difficult at the time, she was also nice. Let's be more forgiving for those who work in services, because it's really hard work.

I do not recommend this kiosk, the owner is very rude. If you don't break it ... Black humor. Or a minute after closing and unfortunately can't handle it. Hand over the package to be picked up. ☹️

The woman at the kiosk should change jobs so as not to scare customers away. She is rude, still angry, dissatisfied.
