About 66 million years ago, this place was the bottom of a shallow and warm sea in which belemnites and ammonites floated. It would probably have swam until now were it not for the surprise from space that hit the current Yucatan. The explosion of the enormous force this asteroid caused was a catalyst for what we call mass chalk extinction. She ended the Mesozoic era, the Cenozoic began. The border between eras (K-T border, chalk-tertiary border) can be observed in one of the Kazimierz gorges - Kamienna Dół. White Casimir rocks come from the Mesozoic era, known to us from many local villas, and from the Cenozoic era - the Siwaka series rocks.

A very high wall, it looks quite impressive. Attention. Very poorly marked. It's easy to overlook. Only after crossing the bridge an information board appears indicating the right point.

Dirty, overgrown, generally uninteresting place. Yes, the stone wall is impressive, but not delightful. The access to the gully is completely unmarked, at the bend of the local road

a very nice gorge, at the end of the route there is a gypsy woman asking for money in exchange for a fortune telling
