The time of my waiting is over 30 minutes. The rest is not the first time so long. I understand that the employees are just learning the extended time of their work with the client but at that time the second position should be active. In addition, employees have not even complained about any courtesy phrase like 'sorry for the waiting time' and even 'listen' or 'good morning'.

It was closed at 16 o'clock and there was no information about the training on which supposedly were employees.
