I am very pleased with the quality of service and customer approach. I have already serviced my car in 3 sites, Seat Wrocław Motorpol, Seat Katowice Pro moto and G&G service in Lublin. The two mentioned at the beginning do not even have an approach to the Lublin website. Mr. Damian took the car at an express pace and explained what the whole procedure would look like. After 2 hours, as previously agreed, he communicated the diagnosis and offered to pick up the car and re-arrange when the parts will come to the service. I would like this approach to be present in every service and that I would not have to go to Lublin to service the car normally.

The service is fine, the service itself - brake fluid poured under the cap (a lot above the maximum), apparently no washer fluid (as I checked it was over 2 liters).

I highly recommend buying a car in this showroom, especially with Mr. Przemek, it is the 3rd Skoda in my garage, but the first one from Lublin, I bought the previous cars in Wieliczka and Piotrków, but the release of the car and preparation of the car left a lot to be desired. The car from Mr. Przemek was as described, without hidden defects and most importantly, the first used in my life. Mr. Przemek prepared the car for the factory condition, when I bought Skoda in other showrooms, I got the cars from a commission sale and they were new cars ... I came 140 km for the car. Mr. Przemek made sure that I did not have to wait. The car was prepared perfectly, it looked great for the publisher. I think he is a trader with whom everyone will make a good deal and will be pleased. I recommend and give max for service. Skoda Superb L&K 280KM.

A tragic service. Zero customer interest. Simple things are becoming enormous problems. It takes 2 months to repair the fault
