In September, I attended Karolina's haircut. I went with long hair and asked for the ends to be trimmed and changed from a straight line to a V. I was immediately invited to wash my hair, without an interview as is the case in other salons. While performing Ms. Karolina's service, she talked to other employees, instead of focusing on work, which is disrespectful to me. I left satisfied, the hair after styling and the tone of cosmetics seemed fine for the first wash .. It started to frizzy, it was very frayed, which I did not ask for, and which caused a problem with combing out the ends. Moreover, they were cut unevenly .. Only in another salon did the hairdresser show me in the mirror from the back how the hair really looks like. In order to repair at least a little damage, we had to cut a lot. And so from the hair to the waist I was left with the hair slightly by the shoulders. I do not recommend it and I will definitely not come back here.

The haircut is terrible, I do not recommend

I do not recommend drama and zero professionalism. On August 25, 2020, I had an appointment for keratin straightening, the procedure lasted 6 hours and was done by two hairdressers. It did not work - after washing the head, the hair was curly. A few days later, I had an appointment for corrections, i.e. all the keratin was applied anew. Another 6 hours were wasted because the hair was still spinning after washing. Half the head was straight and half curly. I looked like a scarecrow and was ashamed to leave the house. On September 2nd I was invited for another visit to the salon, I was hoping the hair would be done well this time, but the salon manager only wanted to take pictures of my hair without informing me about it so I was going to waste again and wasted my time. The hairdressers told me that they have one keratin available that doesn't work for curly hair, just slightly wavy ... The manager told me they were ordering new keratin to finally make my hair. It took too long, after a week and a half I asked for a refund and it started .. I waited a week for it because everyone was taking the responsibility and no one had "enough position to make a return". Finally, I got a call from the manager that "by way of exception" they are making me a refund because they usually do not accept complaints and it is not their fault because keratin straightening is only supposed to restore my hair and not straighten it. They damaged my hair, left it on the ice for over a month, and gave it back my money with grace. The hairdressers are great, competent and extremely nice, but the products and bosses are zenada. Drama and tragedy, no words, no professionalism. I do not recommend anyone in my life and strongly advise against it.

The front desk lady tried to stretch the cash register! The telephone agreement was PLN 100 (in the case of a fancy pin-up, PLN 130). The hairdresser usually made curls, which she pinned with hairpins (I wanted to). The lady from the reception asked about the price, for which the hairdresser says PLN 100. We left the salon with my fiancé, I ask how much he paid, and it turns out that he paid PLN 150 at the cash register! I do not recommend
