Unfortunately, I am sorry to say that the store is very poorly stocked. Many times I asked the owner to order a specific product and then on the agreed day it turned out that nothing had been brought. The situation was repeated many times when it comes to aquarium fish, accessories or food. As for the assortment, it is also the same all the time, there is no variety in the goods, and also the basic things, despite the assurances of the owner that everything will be available "soon". As for the owner's approach to the customer, I also have very serious reservations. Overall - I do not recommend it !!!
Przemiła i pomocna obsługa; zdecydowanie znają się na rzeczy.
I was at the store today and wanted to buy cat food and I was informed there might be a shard of glass in the cat food. I am asking on what basis do they sell food that can harm animals? Of course I didn't buy it.
This was the first time I encountered something like this.
I strongly do not recommend this store.
Good supply, great, kind and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend!
