Ms. Katarzyna, refer to your answer to my opinion. Gives the Facts !!!!! I had a Family package for PLN 20 a month in the promotion, I wanted to buy a Multiroom service that costs PLN 10. you informed me that there is NO package I have, offering multi-room package with an additional fee of PLN 20. so I would have to pay a sum of PLN 40 a month. That's why I signed an annex to my old contract at Polsat's second service point Multiroom service with a decoder, additionally the Cinema HD package, the Family Package which I did not have and all this for PLN 25 a month. Please, inform the client that there are different packages to choose from instead of going along that something DOES NOT EXIST. I leave without comment your professionalism and modesty in response to my opinions. Best regards Jacek Bros

One star just because you can't give -1. The service was not so nice that I try to avoid this salon with a wide arc. Zero customer interest. No response to any query. Muttering and mocking the client. I do not recommend .

I do not recommend. The lady who works there is not at all interested client. I went to ask about the offer, and the red-haired lady gave me a leaflet and told her everything that he writes me and there is nothing more to offer. I would like to add that for the whole "moment" of my inquiry, she dealt with unpacking cardboard boxes, implying that she would not bother her because she had no time.
