I was in the living room a few times and so far there were no problems. Unfortunately, after the last (yesterday) visit I am very dissatisfied. I went for coloring, I wanted sombre, refreshing the color (blonde). It started well, until the first washing and drying - the hair was not combed well, and the color was warm at the top, while the bottom was gray (and in my opinion it fell a bit green, but maybe it's a matter of lighting). After paying attention, the gray was washed out (second wash). The color improved, but the hairdressing conditioner used by the hairdresser acted like hairspray, which made it impossible to comb them at all. After drying, the comb could be stuck and stood stiffly ... I noticed again and went to wash the hair again (third time). This time it was better, unfortunately the hair after the whole procedure is in a much worse condition, is rough and is torn out. I have thin hair and everyone bends in a different direction. I left the hairdresser for the first time with hair in a much worse condition than before the visit. I spent an hour longer in the salon than planned. Hair before the visit: quite a regrowth - mouse blond (natural) and tips from the previous sombre made over a year ago in another salon. I enclose a photo of the current sombre after washing away the gray. The natural color has been lightened with toner. I will add that the day before the hair was cut (the ends were aligned) in the same salon. Averaged 3 stars, because previous visits were fine and the hairdresser responded to my comments.
