You must be kidding me ?! I understand that public work but if it does not give anyone the right to treat customers anyhow! Nobody is punished for service there! If you have a problem even giving an ordinary card that lies at your desk top and is at your fingertips, and thus improve the functioning is the highest time to change employment. I am surprised that the management accepts guilty behavior and then you are surprised that customers treat you in this way and you what do you do? More sympathy for people, especially to a gentleman named Marek who many times was a world how bad he treated people in the queue. I do not recommend teak mail

Unfortunately, I witnessed a very unpleasant situation that concerned a young mother. The lady wanted to give the package, and the clerk in the window said that she was going 5 minutes earlier for a break. It didn't even help that the child and grandmother were waiting for her in the car and that she was asking very much, because today is the last day when she can send the package back. In fact, the stereotype about biting officials at the Polish Post Office has been confirmed as usual. It was terribly frustrating experience. Unfortunately, not the first time I witnessed such situations at this post office.
