My wife bought shoes from them for PLN 400, she put them on three times, for family events. Poodchodziła skin, cracked, discolored, etc., etc. Of course, complaints rejected, the appeal also, without giving a reason. Maybe you have to walk on their shoes? My Facebook reviews are deleted and I've even been blocked. Relax, I'll write reviews wherever possible. The worst shoes I have encountered, massacre, tragic quality. There are other better brands like Ryłko or Badura. Once in a short time I had a problem, they immediately offered me a new one. Without driving, appeal, annoy etc. The case course of collision with the Ombudsman, and as it does not help with the court. They sell shoes of any quality and they will find out how annoying I can be.
Shoes from Wojas are top for me and I am a regular customer in stone shops in Slovakia and Poland. But I am disappointed with the operation of your e-shop, which services I used to roast, because in a physical store did not have my size. I ordered the product 15.7. and has not been delivered to me today, in violation of your purchase terms and conditions, stating that the goods will be delivered no later than 14 days after receipt of your order. I communicated with the e-shop, but visibly at the customer service is working a man who is ashamed of his work at you, because the only answer I received was that the goods were sent (only after the emergency), without justification for rebound and also without signature. I am really disappointed with this approach and I will definitely not recommend the services of your e-shop.
