On 07.12.2020 at 3:34 PM my package, which I ordered, was delivered to them. Today is 15/12/2020 I am still missing the package. What are they paying for there ???

The package from Rabka to Krakow "took" 14 days. When the morning mail service asked to straighten the edge of the package, I thought it was a joke I came back with the same package in the afternoon. There was already another team - they accepted without a word. So in the morning they joked with me, although I think the joke was quite weak :) The postcard sent last year "did not arrive" at all. This year, the postcard has been on its way for the 4th week. The operation of the Rabka post office is a symphony of incompetence and aversion to performed activities. I don't like going there! I recommend the service, sir, you too :) I am improving the service. Calling with a question, a nice answer. The only drawback is the long queues and the poor ever-busy parking lot.

The post office is a misunderstanding. A complete lack of professionalism. The women they serve are completely uninformed in the services and are convinced that they are right, although they do not have it and consciously make fun of the customers. You can see that they have not had any training in services and customer service for a long time. A visit to this post office guarantees an immediate pressure increase.

As usual, problems, shipment status "Failed delivery attempt". At the time when it was supposed to happen, nobody came. One of the worse mail branches in Podhale. I do not recommend and advise against using services.
