Today it was another customer service joke. Not enough that I waited in line, when it was my turn the lady allowed herself to answer the phone and waited again. It was not explained to me why with one card transaction the amount on the account I had three times all in red but once they downloaded, once they returned, then they downloaded again. If I did more shopping on that day, I would be short of money. That's not the first time. I change them as soon as I find some free time.
