I live on the estate Kościuszko, I am asking the postman to put the letter in the mailbox carefully, my letter from the bank went to my neighbor's mailbox and this is not the first time

I do not understand how you can hire postmen which you do not want to ask to move ** and go to the 4th floor without even making sure someone is in the apartment with a registered letter which the owner can not personally pick up and the content is very important. If everyone would go to work for which they pay him it would be hard.

Post is like a post office, or actually not a post office but a post office, there are queues and will always be. Minus 1 star for only one window so you have to wait in line. Very little space inside which is minus the second star. The lady at the window was kind and obliging. Plus for longer working hours, you can always jump up after work and pick up or drop off.
