Designed by Jan Szczepkowski.
Founded on the site of heavy fighting May 2, 1915. Within Gorlice offensive.
The cemetery has the shape of a triangle with truncated apex and with an area of about 820 square meters. It is several-level, in the middle of the fence on the side of the road there is a double-leaf metal gate and stairs to the first level of the cemetery. It was fenced: on three sides by a stone wall, and metal from the side of the road hurdle. In two corners of the fence from the road are stone shrines in the form of towers covered with shingles. From the side of the cemetery, there are entrance openings in them. Originally shrines were plaques with inscriptions, now there are only fragments. In front of the entrance, at the top of the hill is a central monument, built of stone blocks, on which there is a large cross. The whole is covered by a roof.
Burial box is divided into three terraces, low walls. Gravestones in the form of high stone pedestals, crowned with isosceles crosses, are found in the cemetery.
There are 102 soldiers buried in the cemetery in 11 mass graves and 35 individuals killed in March and May 1915.
