Very positive impressions. There was a problem with ordering online, but the manager approached the matter very professionally, i.e. goods downloaded from another store, quickly, efficiently, very good price. Anyway, I watched your work for quite a long time, because he was looking for a solution by various methods and really my respect. Multithreading and embracing really intense communication with the world;) without signs of impatience. You must have a square head after you leave work :) I admire and I fortune to have a great career :) You for the financial appreciation - whether the MANAGEMENT can hear me :) And the rest of you also available, informed. Mr. dark-skinned security guard helps people with parcels to deal with the door - very nice and a good impression immediately upon entering. So - I recommend and thank you.

He does not often give opinions, but here the Manager deserves praise for his competent and patient approach to the matter :) The online order of the last product to be picked up only in a store 100 km away from the place of residence and confirmed on the hotline as a receipt by the time of a new product from a fresh delivery and not from an exhibition, turned out to be incorrect after arriving at the store. It was also a stalemate that the products on the website are cheaper than those in the store when we wanted to choose a replacement, but after the third attempt, the manager (although not his fault) rehabilitated the store's image, showed professionalism in the approach to the matter. After today's visit, I know that I will not come back here. I decided to buy a smartphone in this store, of course a mega bargain, promotion, you can stumble over the poster. I take it, go to the cash register, hear the price and disbelieve it, the price is higher than the promotion, because the price is higher than the one that was supposed to be deleted before the promotion ... Helplessness at the box office, no, you can sell it at the price of the poster ... How many people have fallen for pseudo-promotions ??? Edit.1. A week has passed since the previous visit. The situation is identical, the price on the shelf is different than at the checkout Edit.2. As requested by the "shop owner", I contacted the messenger, no response or reaction

Halloween until The end (09/28/2020)

I have no complaints about the service in the store, everyone is nice, they try to get everything right, it's okay. This month, we bought two cookers, a refrigerator and a cooker hood, paid for the transport service and the problem began. A transport company brought a damaged refrigerator. The gentleman who came with the equipment was rude and said he was leaving the fridge because he was alone and therefore he would not take it. Our kitchen is tiny, there was no room for anything for a week. After a week we got a new fridge, it turned out that the Lord did not want to level it, because now it is not done (he did not even have leveling tools with him) when installing it, it turned out that he moved the door incorrectly and did not connect the light sensor, which made the top lamp turn off it wasn't shining. We waited another week for a service technician. As for the delivery of the first stove, we were not even notified that it was on its way. The second cooker was supposed to be today, we were informed 20 minutes before the specified time that the shuttle bus broke down and that the equipment would not be known when. I think the shipping company should be changed.
