The worst service I've ever purchased the service from. It will be better for the website if I do not mention the service. In conclusion, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place should disappear from the map of Minsk. The service leaves much to be desired. When I returned the bike for warranty service, I was convinced that I would receive it in the same condition. Nothing could be more wrong, I received a scratched bike, service technicians, of course, keep the bikes under a blanket, there is no possibility of scratches in the service. The position of the boss with his back to the client should be congratulated on the attitude. You cannot demand quality from employees if the boss sets an example of ignoring the client in advance. I advise you to write down all the smallest damage when you hand over it, so that you are not told that you are specially scrubbing the frame on the asphalt with your newly purchased bike in order to argue with this pseudo service or boss that allows you to destroy someone else's property. Derailleur adjustment is also a big problem, I have the impression that the service is for art, you will not get quality here. There are many other specialty shops and services where you get quality, not art.

I was looking for a bicycle repair shop. This website was recommended to me by a friend. The bike was fixed, what I wanted. During the repair, there were additional costs, about which I was informed by phone. The bike is repaired, I'm happy 😀 In the meantime, I was looking for roof beams, I got them on the spot. I received help in assembling them. I am satisfied with the service and the customer service itself 🙂

I was returning the bike to the site, it came back scratched, the derailleurs, if they did not walk, do not walk, it is worse than before returning the bike to your pseudo service. In short, expensive, not nice service and terrible quality. I will never set foot here anymore. I cordially do not greet you.
