Only in a week the rear sprocket broke the chain, because it already had the so-called "shark fin". And I did not do it on the site, because I drove maybe 50 km. Focus on processing as many customers as possible, as long as they are quick, they will come back the second time at most. I had to find out what was going on myself and I think I will have to repair this bike myself.

In May I bought a bicycle in this store. It turned out that the wrong bottom bracket was installed, because its thread clearly does not fit into the socket. Gentlemen on the site said that it must be so, but they were not able to show me on the example of any other bike in the store that this is the norm. No, it's not - in a new bike everything should go together perfectly. I believe that if a wrongly completed bike came to them, then the first thing they should do is to clarify the matter with the supplier and manufacturer (Kross company). They should not, however, convince customers that everything is ok. I was also sold too wide tires - which raises doubts whether men in the store really know their job, since they do not see that the tire barely fits in the frame? Did you care only about selling the product, regardless of whether the product works? After a month, I returned the bike for a warranty inspection. I noticed that the chain wipes when throwing the highest gears on both derailleurs. The gentlemen said they would take care of it and pickup would be possible after an hour. After this time, I returned to the service to collect my bike. It turned out that the chain was still rubbing, and the gentleman who did the review did not know that in the case of rear derailleur the highest gear = the smallest crown. While the service technician was improving the situation, I noticed the centered rear wheel. Why didn't the gentlemen pay attention to this when reviewing? The chain has been lubricated with a large amount of graphite grease, which makes the whole drive suitable for cleaning, because a lot of dirt sticks to the large amount of grease on the top of the chain, which worsens the operation of the entire drive and accelerates the wear of accessories. I don't know if it was all a matter of lack of knowledge, experience or very high traffic in the store. Either way, I encourage everyone to pay attention to the quality of the site and not believing in gentlemen's word.
