My opinion is based on 6 years of cooperation with this bank. The crew in this department is not constant, which already gives food for thought and proves something. From the beginning, the employees were not competent, and recently I even heard that you did not have time for me when I wanted to pay off the loan earlier. The bank does not have any ready-made forms, the customer remains on his own. The service is very unpleasant and I mean servicing of the ROR account and loans. The branch in Pyskowice only discourages people from going to their bank. I am glad that I ended my cooperation with them.
