At Viro florist, we ordered a bouquet for me for a wedding and for my bridesmaid 💐💐 I only suggested the colors of the bouquets, and the florist proposed a beautiful variety of roses. As soon as I saw them, I immediately thought that they must be mine 😍 The bouquets were perfect. The fresh flowers lasted long after the wedding. Thank you very much and I recommend it 😉

I have been several times, the selection of flowers quite interesting, but each time I have unpleasant memories of service. Recently, my husband and I were on a certain Sunday in September and the service quality was poor again. Not only I, but my husband said that. He said that he was already telling me to put away the goods we had chosen and leave. First, we were 'rushed' when choosing, barely after our arrival, because as the Service Lady said in a rather unkind way - if we do not make a choice now, we will wait, because her hour will be gone now, because she has a large order. We chose it as soon as possible and approached the cash register in fear. After which Mrs. 'graciously' said that we could pay as a last resort. However, when she received 100 zlotys in one banknote (20 zlotys had to be spent) she was dissatisfied again, because I should have paid 'less'. We felt like we were enemies in a flower shop, very uncomfortable. It seemed to us that the service in such places is always helpful and polite, but after visiting this florist we felt at least as if we were unwelcome. Therefore, we will not appear there again :)

I ordered flowers for delivery the next day and delivered one day earlier. Apparently they had delivery to a neighboring town and that's why they delivered earlier. And the delivery method leaves much to be desired. Flowers were left hanging on the fence. Nice flowers.
Later, the owner called and apologized for the behavior of the employees. Let's hope they improve. After all, it's nice of her.
