Came on Saturday at 9.00, closed. I waited until 9.15 but no one showed up. There was also another potential client besides me. No card that is closed today. Opening hours are 9-20 on Saturdays. A somewhat disrespectful approach ...

I am sorry that ladies create the appearance that they can arrange something unconventional from flowers and in fact for a considerable amount you get a cliché made of not very fresh flowers. Zero imagination, finesse, individualism (despite assurances when placing the order about the unconventionality of the bouquets made). In each of the first florists you will get the same, but at a much lower price. It was not supposed to be spruce - it was, the bunch was to be hanging, there is a standard oval with stuck heads of roses and a ribbon arranged as for a christening party, not a funeral. Do not undertake such tasks ladies, do not mislead customers because they have no way out picking flowers to order. Or maybe some flower arrangement course would be useful? I do not recommend, I advise you to avoid and buy only what you see.

The roses that were placed on the bunch were certainly not fresh, as you said in my presence showing them the day before, "please see how they are holding, and they are almost two weeks old ..." please watch the monitoring recordings again. I leave your other comments without comment because they only testify to your personal culture. I have photos of expectations that were presented clearly and clearly at the time of ordering and which you said with all firmness that she is able to make and remove the received bouquet for a considerable amount of PLN 250. I came by accident, but this selection of florists, however, turned out to be so accurate that it probably will be my place. The service is very nice, and the flowers please the eye for the second week, a rare case. I wish you good luck because it's worth visiting for such people.

Flowers one week after buying the nicely stand on and somehow I do not see that they want to fall. Very nice, professional service. I left with a great bouquet and pleased.
