Bouquet not delivered on the agreed date, after the phone what is happening with the delivery, floristry asked for a moment to call back, after which he did not answer the phone. Bouquet delivered with incorrect data, my mother was happy but I got flowers from "someone else" I used to buy flowers there, but I will not order any more. I do not recommend.

hopeless, offended staff, the woman cannot answer basic questions, most likely does not know the phrases "good morning", "thank you", "goodbye"
