I do not recommend. The scandal that the only main point for posting parcels is not adapted for the disabled and the lack of ramp for wheelchairs. 7 high stairs without a driveway and a railing, winter can be injured. The building does not meet the requirements to be a public office. Often during rush hour, when you can see that the queue is very long, none of the employees will come out for additional service. Only one window open, waiting for a minimum of one hour.
Staying at this post office is like participating in a Barea comedy.
