This is my first opinion, because I usually don't want to exhibit them, but today it's an exaggeration. I came to the post office 10 minutes before closing. I learned from Mr. Krzysia that I have to wait a while because "He has to finish it and he cannot stop" and from the lady in the second window that she has no cashier open and I have to wait for Mr. Krzys. After 4 p.m., a lady came to the post office to pick up the letter and with a slight grimace of the employees, she got her letter. I was still waiting patiently. At 4:05 pm, Mr. Krzysiu looked surprised as if he saw me for the first time and said that he could not see me, because after 4 p.m. He even surprised his friend from the window next to him, who reminded him that I had been waiting here for an hour 15 50. Mr. Krzysiu said that it changed nothing and he was already finishing work. I do not know why the Lord at the post office decided to be so rude today, because he is usually nice (although not always). If 15.50 it was too late for the staff, it was enough for me to say it straight away and not to fool me. In these 15 minutes, I would have been able to get to Tesco without any problems and deliver the package (I did the rest), where the ladies are always in a good mood. Although it takes me 10 minutes to walk to this facility, I will choose Tesco, and if someone has to pay for this post, I recommend not to go to Mr. Krzys, because his humor is obviously playing Russian roulette. For the stellar attitude of your official, this institution receives a golden star (one out of five) as a prize. Greetings.
