The worst service I've ever encountered. They make you wait for the parcel to be picked up when there are no queues, even though the notice has already been a week. "please wait because the postman has not passed the letters yet or something ... It will take 10 - 15 minutes. So I took shopping in lidl, because I came straight from work and did not want to waste time. Hungry tired I go back to the post office where there were no queues, I still had to wait after 15 minutes I gave up and went home. In my opinion lazy baby who pretend to do something and do nothing. You have to do something about it, it's not communism. Soon we will have to take a vacation to receive mail.
