Horrible costumer service and delivery! Uneducated and hungry for money no matter what!
Left my item outside because I had no cash in the house to give them so they can bring the item to level 1 of my building.
I offer to pay them with card to bring the bed inside and they refused.
On website they said the delivery and bringing the items inside it's free.
The quality is bad too for the money!
Please stay away from this company and also from other related too.
Scam! Low quality, designed for ease of build instead of ergonomics for end-user. Lots of synthetic materials that can cause all type of allergy. Better pay a bit more and get decent furniture that lasts for generations.
From me side I am very disapointed from this company. I ask them for sofa, they told me price and that their colleague Marta is on vacation and that she will answer me as soon as is possible. After almost 3 weeks I did ask again if I could buy it and they just wrote me, that the sofa is not anymore availiable. From my view it is look like that they do not interested to the customers. It is sad.
