Never again! Very low quality! Expensive delivery.

High-quality furniture at an amazingly low price. Efficient contact and delivery. The shop is 100% recommendable! *** ***Edition: the opinion was issued in order to obtain an extended warranty. However, as it turns out, there is no guarantee of any kind. The bed frame after just 3 months of use began to squeak very loudly, even with the slightest movement. I called the helpline and after a dozen or so minutes of waiting, I managed to get in touch with you, who promised to send the notification to the manufacturer and within a few days I would get a reply to the e-mail. After a week, I wanted to call and ask what was going on, but it became impossible to call, I tried 3 days in a row and left the number on the website. I probably got black light. The story ended so that I had to pay from my own pocket to an outside specialist who repaired the bed and found that many parts had manufacturing defects. I do not recommend!

I received the following suggestions for the comment below and for the price: "In exchange for a compensation of PLN 50, would you agree to remove the negative comment on Google? Please send your personal data and your bank account number, and after receiving the transfer, please remove the negative comment" I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! I do not recommend. I have not yet met a company with such an approach to the client. They blame the pandemic as if it only touched them. The corner ordered on December 4 with shipment in 48 hours has not come today. The transport company which has passed the responsibility on is making another approach because they either did not take this load on the route, or the car broke down. On December 23, the corner was in a broken car in Krakow, and he receives information from MKS Meble that due to the pandemic, they do not have semi-finished products for production and will do everything in their power to deliver the order immediately after the furniture is made. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

During the move, we disassembled the bed and during it the plastic covers fastening the wooden slats to the metal frame were damaged, due to the above, I contacted MKS Meble if they had the above-mentioned elements for sale. In response, I received a message that the manufacturer has and the only cost I will incur is the cost of shipping, so 10 pieces of overlays were delivered cash on delivery in a short time. This proves that the MKS Meble company respects and cares about its client, and does not have an objective approach, i.e. find, sell, forget. Of course, such activities encourage the purchase of other items offered by the company. With this approach to the client, I will be happy to come back and recommend MKS Meble to my friends. It would seem that these are just ordinary plastic covers, what is the problem, but I tried to find a similar one and unfortunately it failed.
