A little professional approach to a man who does not know how to complete the application. One of the Lord is very unpleasant, when you ask for something, you can see and hear that he does it with great grace, he thinks that everyone should know everything. Usually, he answers the questions asked with great anger and screams if it does not help explain humanly. Other employees whom I had the pleasure to meet turned out to be more friendly, helped and answered questions calmly.
