Hello. At the outset, I would like to point out that I was a satisfied customer of the service for the 5-year period of servicing my car, but today the whole good impression has been ruined, but to the point. On January 7, 2021. I was informed by text message about the expiry of the technical examination, so I immediately made a call to arrange a visit, which was scheduled for today at 10:30 - I showed up at the scheduled time 20 minutes early. After approaching one of the employees and informing about the previously arranged visit for the technical inspection of the vehicle, the Lord was surprised and announced that there was no such information in the system, but somehow managed to "stuff" me, so I handed you a service book with a registration certificate and keys in the conviction that a technical examination would be carried out ... and here further disappointments began, because a technical inspection was carried out, not a test for which I traveled over 60 km on purpose and I did it every year, wanting to perform all services at an authorized service station. Coincidentally, while returning to my place of residence, I asked my wife to check if there was a stamp in the registration document and as it turned out, she was not there (lucky that it happened, because I would unknowingly drive the car without a technical inspection). who lives, I called immediately to clarify the matter and was blamed for not distinguishing between the technical inspection and the technical inspection and tried to say this throughout the conversation, which made no sense at all, because the "spychology" started - the vehicle inspection station blamed the service and vice versa. Sum sumarum, I was sent for a technical examination to diagnostic stations in my town, without any attempt to smooth the situation. For 5 years there was no problem and this year, by some strange coincidence, I stopped distinguishing between the concepts of technical examination and review ... strange. I am very sorry that you do not verify such information, because you should not let me out of your diagnostic station without a technical examination, especially since you have information on this subject in the system, and you probably ask for something about the vehicle's registration number. I was disappointed and more my leg or any person who asks me for opinions will not post there. This is not how customers are treated these days and if you have a problem with it, you can consult your competitors from the country of the blooming cherry trees. Really, I'm not a demanding person by nature, but I don't like when someone tries to make me a "fool". And at the end, such a curiosity, even two. 1. REMARKS OF THE SERVICE: Replacing the blocks for 1500 km ... The gentleman from the diagnostic station in my city decided that it is about 10,000 km and the blocks are not in such a bad condition as suggested in Top Auto Krupniki. 2. Is it necessary to replace the cabin filter after 8000 km? I do not believe it has been listed. The Lord asked me if we were changing the oil and the filter, I replied - yes, but I meant the oil filter and two were replaced. Personally, I feel cheated. I leave the rest to be assessed by those who will read this review. Greetings.
