I was refilling engine oil. The gentleman from the service, when picking up the car, informed me that there were two bitten wires at the engine and there could be a short circuit at any time. When asked why they hadn't made the isolation right away, he said that he needed to make another appointment. Seriously? I also asked for a quote for the cost of replacing the oil in the box and the brake pads. I've been waiting for the third month for information from the website 😂

Best Place on the Map of Białystok. I came to this showroom quite by accident, because with my husband I tested various brands of premium cars, including Lexus, Bmw, Mercedes and I came to Alfa Romeo :) Fate wanted us to be served by Mr. Patryk Nysztel :) We had an appointment for a test drive with a SUV. Premium Customer Service by Mr. Patryk is the highest professionalism I have encountered, Fantastic Customer Needs Research, Presentation of the car in such a way that the customer falls in love with it ... Non-intrusive sales techniques. Loose Conversation, a fantastic reaction to asking tricky questions by the Client :) Full Professionalism, Openness and, most of all, an Unmanned Advisor :) nowadays it is difficult to find such an Employee. We left with a smile on our face and the conviction that the Suv we were driving was Love at First Sight :) Mr. Patrick, thanks a lot :) You are our Secret Agent :) We bought the car at the other end of Poland at the Alfa Romeo Salon and this is only because we found a Mega Personalized and Available immediately.
