Cemetery, quite regular Jewish cemetery, probably the last reminder of Jewish community of the city.

The first Jewish cemetery in Choroszcz was founded in the 17th century at the intersection of today's Mickiewicza and Lipowa streets. There is no trace of this necropolis today. The new Jewish cemetery in Choroszcz, founded in the 18th century, is located about a kilometer behind the town on the road to Łysek. The cemetery area is partially fenced, the gate is open, on one side the fence is incomplete. There are about a hundred stone gravestones in the cemetery, probably in most of them arranged in their original places. The oldest identified matzeva comes from 1834. The cemetery grounds are cleared of bushes, the grass is cut.

A very neglected place, needs maintenance

The cemetery is very neglected and practically invisible from the road. Traveling by motorbike I passed him and had to turn back. There are also no touristic and historical markings. Metal entrance gate with stars of David. Matzevot mostly stone, some polished - all in Hebrew.
