In the field of services you should have three skills: 1. manual skills 2. knowledge how to use them 3. ability to communicate with the client.
Each of these things was missing when performing the service. For incomprehensible reasons, the lady cut my beautiful wife half the hair and "styling" was, say, not to my taste (it lasted barely an hour - made without using any cosmetics).
Dear Lord, save yourself and your husbands from such painful experiences.
I recommend a very good hairdresser.
