Online pharmacy, wholesale, and senior hours apply. There was no information about this on the website. I was driving from the other end of town and it never occurred to me that I would not be served. I was told to wait over an hour. There was absolutely no one in the pharmacy. Only two ladies pharmacists. This was my favorite pharmacy, always good prices, fast service. Until today, I won't use any more.

Yesterday I ordered modified milk and paid immediately, and today my order was canceled, explaining that there was no goods. It turns out that the milk is available on the website, only suddenly it costs almost twice as much 🤔😓

I do not recommend until there is some solution introduced by the pharmacy in the event that a crowd of Belarusians block the queue. Hopeless staff, without goodwill and willingness to help. Belarusians fill in some additional documents, and a person who takes about 30 seconds to a minute to collect an online order is in a long queue for over half an hour and wastes time. Persons receiving online orders should be handled at another ticket office, separately. Additional opinion after Cefarm employee response. Unfortunately, one of your employees showed their incompetence in response to my opinion. First of all, I did not discriminate against citizens of Belarus in any way with my post! I noticed the lack of organization at the Kleberg pharmacy and the situation being neglected by the staff. 99% of Belarusians are not ordinary patients who buy medicines. From what I noticed, they usually do large purchases, even wholesale, among others different supplements and should therefore be handled differently than ordinary patients buying fewer medications for their own use. Such purchases are always associated with filling in a lot of additional documents and it takes a long time. Therefore, your pharmacy should improve the service of this patient who buys for his own use, sometimes urgently needs some medicine for e.g. a needy child or an elderly person. Knowing that shopping is often made by Belarusians, you should do something about it and appreciate ordinary Polish patients, e.g. by creating a separate cash register only to handle such purchases. Our city is located near the border, in many stores Belarussians make larger purchases, but they always have a separate point where these additional documents are filled in and this does not block ordinary, quick retail purchases. Therefore, your answer is not satisfactory.

I do not recommend, despite notifying me of the lack of one item in the order, it was sent and the invoice included the item for which I paid courier. You can't get through, just a recording that you have to wait.
