I would highly recommend. We were in October - after the season, but Mr. Grzegorz welcomed us very warmly. Campsite without comments. There is a place for a bonfire, benches with roofs and an outhouse. The host has running water and a place where you can wash the dishes. You can buy a wheelbarrow of wood for a fire and use the sauna from your neighbors. Unfortunately, as it was off-season, we were not able to taste the delicious dishes that we heard a lot about. Maybe when summer comes. I recommend!

Podlasie, the Wigry National Park, Czarna Hańcza - all these are obvious qualities. But the real double soul of this place are the hosts: Mrs. Alicja and Mr. Grzegorz, nice people who created the perfect atmosphere during our stay - always helpful, always nearby, but without imposing their presence. Breakfasts and dinners prepared by Mrs. Alicja consisted almost exclusively of regional cuisine and most of the products were made on the spot. After a day of paddling on kayaks, we devoured delicious food in huge portions and even in "emergency" situations, when it turned out once or twice that someone from our large group did not like something or could not eat, Mrs. Alicja was able to quickly find culinary solution. We regret that we spent only two days there (two nights), the next places on the canoeing route were not so perfect. Practical information: peace, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, no light pollution, so the night starry spectacle provided, clean, very good food, a place in the river for bathing, also for children (water temperature lower than in the lake, but water very clean).

We have been coming with children for several years. A beautiful place, clean, quiet with a descent to the river, a large meadow giving the possibility of camping. In the vicinity of Stanica, where you can drink a beer from a stick. Regional food: kakory (dumplings with lentils) and kartacze (big dumplings with meat) delicious. Breakfasts and dinners in huge quantities. Owners extremely nice, accommodating and always, but they are always smiling and friendly. I highly recommend, not only passing through, but also for a longer stay.

The best place along the entire length of Hańcza. There is no point in writing. Whoever visits it will understand.

A perfect place to relax after a day of paddling. Food very tasty, nice owners, peace and quiet. And in the evening an intimate place for a bonfire. I definitely recommend it
