Unfortunately, I confirm the alarmingly low level of customer service which causes a number of complications with the infinitely long waiting period inclusive - there is one active from two positions provided for the service of the clients. It may happen that two positions are open, however, during these several unavoidable visits, it has not been possible to experience this. People leave the queue when, after 20 minutes of waiting, the seller answers the phone and runs a private conversation without any embarrassment, and this is not even about decent content - finish a woman one and start another because you neither talk nor work. Two stars for relatively comfortable and slightly mitigating effects of long-term waiting armchairs.

Service at the point terrible, one of the ladies working in this place as if pulled out in the previous era, despite the age who would indicate that these times should only remember from the story, do not know the slogan "our customer Pan", during the visit you have the impression that this person has offended by the fact that the client just came and wants something does not know something needs information, and yet when coming, he should already know everything, a totally inappropriate person in this type of position.

Pleasant service and willingness to help in solving problems that are often technical and independent of the point's operation. The salon has a large selection of equipment and the possibility to order items from the catalog that are not available on site.
