The lady is probably sleepy because she cuts the hair first and then asks if the length of the hair is right. She could contribute to the performance of her work duties, the lack of experience can be deduced. The fact that there is a coronavirus does not mean that you need to perform a hairdressing service quickly and in any way. And yet it would be better to put a lot of effort than to sit on the phone in this little parlor.
