Great service. presentation of the doors and their finishes great. Verification of door and window dimensions at no extra cost. Prices adequate to quality. I had doors and windows after 3 weeks. I heartily recommend and greet.

Lady serving the customer by phone, very pleasant and helpful. Although no response by e-mail, and you can not always call. HOWEVER, assembly and service EKIPA - FAILURE, I thought that nowadays young people are more culturally focused on customer contact. I know there are difficulties today with a good employee, but personal culture is a separate matter. They should undergo some training when talking to people. That they know their work does not justify them to do their work as they please. This is not what the manufacturer's instructions are for maintaining the warranty, but they are not interested in how gently you pay attention. The work itself - you can also clean it, especially when the apartment is finished, not the shell. Nowadays, paying for services should take better care of the customer. The whole situation looked like they had to perform a service as a punishment. Time for changes for men and more culture in vocabulary.
