Once again I am very pleased with the visit to Ms. Alina.It always meets my expectations when it comes to my hair. I recommend it with a clear conscience. Besides, the atmosphere in the salon is wonderful.Alina is a unique person. There is no problem with making an appointment, no matter if by phone or by fb every day, which is very important to me
Very unprofessional service. I tried to make an appointment through Facebook and despite the information that I would get a reply the next day, no response and no response to the polite reminder. Ultimately, my mother went to save me because I was on a specific date. Two days before the appointment, she received an SMS saying that the visit was moved to another day. After attempting to call, she received another SMS, so as not to call but send a message.
Such customer service is a total failure!
Very unprofessional service. I had an appointment for 3 weeks, I came to the right time, but it turned out that there is no hairdresser ... because she forgot about me. Also, I could possibly wait for the second hairdresser to dye someone or postpone the date.
Nice and professional service, very nice place. I would recommend.
Professionals, very nice and good atmosphere. Very well cut hair 😁 I recommend it! Adequate price for the service!
