I was buying wood to build a sauna (softline profile boards, KVH square timbers and Abachi boards for benches). In Eco-Wood, a list has been prepared of which boards and square timber are best to buy along with the valuation. Very nice and matter-of-fact service, they are happy to answer questions and advise, there is no problem with cutting very long elements for transport, I had no problem returning the excess boards and replacing one length for another. You can see the products at the exhibition. I was also suggested to take the boards in class B, which turned out to be a bull's-eye, because there is little loss and the lower price compensates for potential losses. I recommend.

Arrogant, rude customer service over the phone. I do not recommend. During the telephone contact, I specified which lamellas I mean and what they should be used for. I asked to suggest the type of wood, because I am not a specialist, and by implication, I called specialists. Unfortunately, Mr. Dariusz stated that he could not offer me anything, and could not send an offer / list of lamellas made of various types of wood. The employee was not interested in explaining to me what type of wood is recommended, what effect can be achieved, or even where on your website I can find such information. Invariably, I say that the staff were outraged by the mere fact that I was calling at all (even before I asked for advice on the type of wood). The manner in which the conversation was conducted was arrogant, rude and unprofessional. The last thing I would like to do is talk with this gentleman again :) I also think that helpful service is the key, and a pretentious approach certainly does not help in creating a positive image of the company. I will just add that I was a customer determined to buy lamellas in your company, it would not be the only purchase by default. All the more so, I suggest working on the quality of customer service and the selection of appropriate staff.

I've been bothering salespeople several times over the phone because this is my first major project. They were patient. When I arrived today, it was not a problem for me to cut the wood myself (I had my saw). I was served immediately. I will go back.

I am very surprised by the very good feedback. Yes, at the stage of ordering, a professional approach and providing explanations. Transport delayed and very rude behavior of the lady from the office. The tongue and groove boards of class B + had holes in the tongue and groove. The seller offered to advertise the goods in Germany with the manufacturer. Ladies very rude even arrogant. Probably better to take your own transport and choose the packages with boards yourself.
