I visited Brzeg Dolny, Poland from Phoenix, AZ USA for a week in January. This gym was recommended by a relative who visits the gym regularly. I don't know if there is much of a selection outside of Wroclaw, so took his advice and checked it out. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The gym hours are limited but reasonable. The daily fee for gym use was fairly priced. I primarily used the free weights, which exceeded my needs. There also seemed to be a good selection of cardio equipment as well, to include stationary bikes and treadmills. I believe they offer group classes as well as personal training. I would recommend this gym and will visit again the next time I'm visiting Brzeg Dolny.😀
