The service is fine, but the ladies in the store ensure that the furniture will be delivered within 14 days. Then they deny themselves and claim that they suddenly have no influence and you have to wait .. how much? Well, it is not known. The furniture was paid in advance so they don't care the rest. the furniture was to be picked up on 18-21 / 12/2020 ... today we learn that maybe it will be on 31/12/2020 !!! and on the same day we ordered one set from a competing company and there we were immediately told that the goods would be delivered in mid-January and to our surprise the furniture was ready for collection 7 days after ordering !! as you can see you can !! EDIT: Today, the phone call and information that the date for the delivery of furniture is probably shifting to 1/18/2021 !!! when asked if I will receive the ordered furniture by 18.01, you say that you have such hopes!

Obsługa beznadziejna. Trzeba szukać pracownika, który z miną podchodzi do klienta. Kiedy zapytałam o kolor mebla (etykieta była błędnie wydrukowana o czym zostałam poinformowana, kiedy zwróciłam na to uwagę) Pani kazała mi poszukać tego na stronie internetowej. Nie po to przychodzę do sklepu, żeby szukać koloru na stronie. Mało tego pracownicy wprowadzają w błąd, informując że przy zamówieniu w sklepie dostawa będzie szybciej. Nie wspominają o tym, że przy zamówieniu online są jakieś dodatkowe profity np. 40 zł taniej przy zamówieniu min. 800 zł.

The furniture ordered on November 2, the ladies in the shop assured that the order would be completed within 14 days. After 16 days, I called the hotline 1 time, the lady in charge of the conversation informed me that I was delayed by a week, i.e. that the furniture would be 23. Today (23.11) the man from the hotline informed that there was a delay and maybe the furniture will be in the store tomorrow + 3 days for unloading which is ridiculous but does not guarantee that the furniture will be this week. Completely neglected, it is ridiculous and outrageous. I sincerely refuse to buy furniture in this store :)

I haven't been there for a long time. A large selection of trinkets and interior items. When it comes to furniture, it's a matter of taste. I did not find a desk in the style I was looking for. In addition, a long waiting time for a piece of furniture. I bought online without any problems with delivery in 2 days.
