I bought a new Renault practically by phone because I'm from Łódź. I did not visit the salon personally because there was no such need, Mr. Rafał is very competent, to the point and to the point. We clarified everything by e-mail, what was not dealt with in two showrooms in Łódź, Mr. Rafał dealt with without any problems. You can see that the automotive industry is Mr. Rafał's passion and that he has extensive experience in this industry and can talk to customers. I am not able to judge other Auto Kabziński salespeople because I did not have the opportunity to talk to them. Each of my calls to Mr. Rafał was answered or I was informed that he would call back, and then he called back, which is a rarity these days :) I have experience in talking to traders from other companies and therefore I am able to compare the service, this is not my first car purchase in the showroom and I am also a fan of cars. The first time I had the opportunity to meet in person and talk directly to Mr. Rafał when picking up the car, it was nice, nice and professional. With a clear conscience I recommend Mr. Rafał from Auto Kabziński and his professional service.
