The total lack of professionalism I was 3 times scheduled for a specific hour and 2 times I had to wait outside the office for at least 0.5 hours in this time no one was in the office or in front of me in the queue and the doctor told me to wait and took a break for phone calls. Since he doesn't respect the time of his patients, I'm not going to waste her anymore. In addition, it is worth mentioning that during the procedure someone in the family probably came in to collect some keys. The doctor, of course, left me in an armchair with her mouth open because what could she do in such a situation? There are matters important as patients and more important as giving keys that cannot wait 5 minutes. If I even heard an apology, I would understand that I am just one of many patients for whom the doctor is doing a great grace and honor by telling me to wait a miserable half hour and finally admitting to the office heals a tooth, but that's probably too much of a demand on my part. I would expect such service as in this office, and not during a paid visit to a private office. Fortunately, there are many other great dental offices in Piotrków, where doctors respect their patients and their time. In one of them the doctor recently asked me if I could wait 5 minutes and then I heard an apology five times that I had to wait and of course I received an explanation why I understood and accepted it (a patient with severe pain reported) Let the doctor draw your conclusions and learn from others how to treat clients, because patients are your clients leaving their money with you, not petitioners.

I do not recommend the services of this lady. Cash draw and nothing else.
