An outstanding place, a young but talented chef makes delicious hotdogs. A real Da Vinci of our time. The service takes a while, but it's worth the wait, a perfectly baked roll, frankfurters inserted in time, always nice and warm. The perfect proportion and amount of sauces. Despite my whim with the composition of sauces, our maestro came to the idea with an open head and curiosity. The owner should be proud that he has such a qualified staff, who does not always stick to rigid frames but can improvise and add something from themselves. I give five stars and I will visit this place more often to try this culinary masterpiece. This hotdog is delicious.
