It's just a tragedy. I don't know everyone has these flattering opinions.
People in the office are a tragedy, not polite, they swear worse than me and my buddies drinking vodka.
The time of notification only on paper, I will not say the ramp immediately after notification, but they started unloading after less than 6 hours. The unloading itself was quite efficient in less than an hour.
The bathroom is quite ok. The parking is there, but there is no simple toilet. A toilet in the office is far away. Failures can be caught on the road.
In general, I do not recommend and my sheriff will not take loads here either.
I don't know what the loads look like.

You have to get used to their habits quite quickly. The phone gives you the route number, loading number and car number, they give you the number of the ramp, loading takes from half an hour upwards

The company is very far from European standards. You are served with a "grace" after waiting in a long line. Lots of profanity on the other side of the window. The lady serving the unloading gossiping happily on the phone. Absolute disrespect for other people. Absolute lack of professionalism. When you are busy with something, it is worth presenting the reason, because the applicant has the impression that it is deep in 4 letters. There are breaks from non-work related telephone calls. Rude, vulgarity, and calling it a village is an insult to its inhabitants. In the meantime, an employee decided to say goodbye, because he was leaving for a competing company and told how it was not bad here. To sum up: the company does not meet European standards, and employees should undergo training in maintaining personal culture
