Today I visited the Pepco store in Przedborz - after buying more clothes, including 2 pairs of boxers for my son, it turned out that I mistakenly took one pair smaller than I should have, I came back to exchange the product for a larger one - I would add that the product was tagged and was not measured because I realized in front of the store. To my surprise, the attendant told me that I could not exchange or return the goods. Store regulations do not allow this - no one reads the rules when coming for a few things. I believe that if such a strange point of the rules exists then the person who deletes the goods should inform the customer about it to avoid such misunderstandings. Then the customer can check at the checkout whether the purchased goods meet his expectations. I am very dissatisfied and the next shopping will definitely go to another store with more reliable service.
