Orbitrex. PPHU - Kochamy Meble

I totally advise against shopping in this online store. I have never, ever dealt with such a lack of professionalism. I ordered 2 lamps in the store, after the indicated time, about 4 weeks, I got the lamp, the next one came in the wrong color. I sent back the goods, indicating that I am waiting for the one I ordered. I ignore the fact that the several times indicated by the KOCHAMYMEBLE employees were not met. I don't even want to mention that I never contacted them with any apologies, I always wrote and asked what was going on with my order. Now the best part - after the "next" intervention on my part, I got the information that I would not get a specific lamp anymore because the manufacturer no longer produces it. Here it is worth noting that the first order was issued in February 2020 and ended in September 2020 !!! I gave up the lamp that was already hanging at home and sent it back the same way - I don't even feel like writing that nobody in this company knows about anything and is not informed about the situation by colleagues from work. I was really patient with time. People, don't buy from this company, unless you want to wait months for the items you ordered or you want to deal with totally unprofessional employees. Finally, I will mention how I sent the lamp back and waited in vain for their contact :) when I contacted, they demanded proof that I sent the lamp because they cannot find it, even though the receipt was confirmed: D: D: D: D Never I added, no opinion, this one is my first and in addition so unflattering about the store. ADVISE !!!!!!!

The transfer made on the day of the order for a week was not posted, which was associated with the extension of the delivery time (which was supposed to take 3 weeks), the ordered goods did not finally arrive, fortunately the money was refunded after 6 days.

After making a purchase on Allegro on May 1, the equipment was sent after more than a week after an urgent e-mail. The package arrived defective and part of it was damaged - the company tried to blame the courier company, but it was proven that it was a manufacturing defect. After the phone call (where at the beginning it was claimed that it was impossible that the equipment came damaged and defective), we received information that everything was fine, we would get new items, and the complaint will be considered within 10 days. Is it the end of the story? Well no! after 10 days (and working days) and a few attempts to make a call, I finally got through. It turned out that no complaint was considered, and the lady who answered the phone tried to pretend that she did not know what was going on. After another week of nerves and calls, it finally turned out that an employee of the company, yes, filed a complaint to the manufacturer ... on the day we called to remind ourselves that the parts did not come (i.e. around the end of May - let me remind you that the order was paid in the first days of the month). After a few more days, the items were finally shipped. They arrived - on June 9 - more than a month after placing the order. Contact with the company is difficult, everyone is blaming everyone ("because it's a friend who deals with it ..."), there is no information flow (one lady asks which parts, then asks for photos of the elements, and then another the lady asks again what is going on - even though the e-mail history was available). Oh, and after the whole incident, we did not even get an ordinary, human "sorry". If someone wants to calmly buy equipment and have possible support from a distributor, Orbitrex is STRONGLY ADVISED.

Poor quality compared to unsightly price and many pieces of furniture damaged.

I strongly advise against it, they do not accept the order, I received a different product than I ordered, after the complaint it came again the wrong one.
