A very interesting place.
The forest nursery of Nowa Sól Forest District, directed by nursery nurse Mr Jacek Heger, produces on average about 2 million seedlings of 30 kinds of trees. Recently, these are mainly tree seedlings of leaves, including pedunculate oak, but also very rare breccia rowan.
On the area exceeding 7 ha, 9 rooms separated by curtains from adult trees were separated. The curtains protect the plantation against the negative effects of weather conditions, especially frost and strong wind.
Computer-controlled irrigation system provides the seedlings with the right amount of moisture.
Recipients are forest inspectorates, but also hunters, beekeepers and private individuals who can buy selected species directly in the Nowa Sól Forest District.
