I heartily recommend! Agnieszka is a nice woman with a lot of knowledge! After the first meeting, the results exceeded my expectations 😍 I want more!

Definitely NO when it comes to the quality of services and the approach to the customer. A simple leg depilation treatment ended with hematomas on the legs, numerous extensive skin irritations, not to mention the fact that the legs were not completely depilated. There are hairs in several places that I have to pull out myself. Before I undertook to issue this opinion, I first contacted Ms Agnieszka (owner) to report the irregularities. Agnieszka informed me that skin irritation is normal and it happens (and I emphasize - which is very important - I have been using waxing regularly for over a year and during this time I have not had a single hematoma or even more skin irritation). I suggested to Mrs. Agnieszka that I would be pleased when we split in two at the cost of the procedure. As expected, the decision was negative. According to the owner, without seeing the effects of the treatment, it was performed in accordance with the procedures and is certainly correct. I suggested that Agnieszka meet me and see with her own eyes the correctness of the procedure performed. Unfortunately, I didn't get a reply to the last message. She remained unresponsive. Such an approach to the client is in my opinion unacceptable and does not represent a professional approach or a pro-client activity. I definitely do not recommend it.

The best beauty salon in Poland I have been to. I came from Germany recently for a medical acid treatment and I am impressed, it turned out to be very effective. Atmosphere of a comfortable and very friendly prices. I will definitely visit Mrs. Agnieszka more than once. I would recommend!
