An absolute disaster. After 10 days of using it while riding, I started to hear crank knocks. In the store, the seller offered to file a complaint. After 3 weeks of waiting and hearing "in a few days it will be ready", I received information from the store manager that, and I quote, "you don't know where my bike is". In the end I got it back, but probably only because I sent the complaints IN WRITING wherever possible: to the president of the company, to the store, including reporting to the police about the attempted theft.
