The order was to be within 7-10 days. After 17 days of waiting, it turned out that the part is missing and will not be at least after ordering I transferred the amount to the account. Well gentlemen ... this is not done. If I did not remember, it would last a month or so, and no one was interested in that. Customer service in your company is unfortunately a failure.
In response to your attitude to the situation. Yes, it is not 1 purchase, but before you take care of writing back negative comments, please first check the orders for KW Auto Serwis from June or July where there was the same situation not to be ridiculed. At that time, there was also a refund of receivables to the account and what's interesting is the same part. Please do not feel hurt by my opinion. It's just a suggestion that you two times wasted and if it were not for my interventions after a considerable time, you would not do anything about it. That's why I wrote about the failure in customer service. You forget about customers and you have to remind yourself. I also run a business and it is in my interest to watch what happens to the client's order - especially if he paid me the full amount for this order.
Very professional service. Particularly in the automotive parts industry. Nowadays you can meet such an honest company and with this approach to the customer. I used it many times when I bought parts for Porsche. The ordered parts have always been in the state in which I ordered. Fast order fulfillment and the most important is the fact that if there are any minor (occasional) problems, the seller never leaves the customer alone. It always comes out with a helping hand so that the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend as a man in the industry. You can trust in the dark.
